At Murray Label we look forward to partnering with you to meet your labeling needs. MLP has a variety of printing processes to help meet your specific needs for quick turn-around, high quality graphics, food grade inks and more.
Our printing capabilities produce multi-color labels on a wide range of materials, including paper, white and clear films, and foils. We specialize in the following substrates:
Full body shrink sleeve labels offer 360 degree, top to bottom form fitting coverage on a wide variety of bottle designs. Shrink sleeve labels have the ability to conform to very unique bottle shapes and provide outstanding shelf appeal. Shrink sleeve labels can also incorporate tamper evidence making them the ideal labeling method for all in one solutions across many markets (food, cosmetics, personal care, & beverage).
OPP wrap-around labels provide perhaps the most cost-effective solution for customers with high volume, high speed labeling requirements. Widely used in single-serving beverages such as soft drinks and water bottle labels, OPP polypropylene labels provide a high-quality and durable solution that is water and refrigerator resistant. In addition, these labels avoid the potential tearing problems that may occur during bottle transit when less durable materials — such as paper labels — are used. The low setup costs mean that label design changes and promotional campaigns can be also incorporated easily and inexpensively. In the competitive world of packaging, OPP films excel in many performance areas compared with paper. Recycling and durability favor OPP films and superior surface finishes allow for outstanding, eye-catching graphics. Clear films also allow for the increasingly popular “no-label look.”
Pressure sensitive labels offer a great deal of flexibility for front and back or single label applications. The high quality printing, variety of film and paper face stocks, multiple finishing and custom die-cutting options offer creative design flexibility on virtually any container type and shape.
